What is TENS and EMS?

TENS stands for "Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation," a safe, non-invasive, and drug-free method of pain relief used by physical therapists and prescribed by doctors for over 30 years. EMS, or "Electrical Muscle Stimulation," is a recognized method for treating muscle injuries, using electrical impulses to activate the muscles and improve muscle performance.

Why Can't I Adjust the Intensity?

The upgraded model TENS massager has a protective function to prevent shock. Before adjusting the intensity, please ensure that the lead wire is connected with the port and the pair of pads are properly placed on the massage area.

Why Aren't the Pads Sticky After Several Days?

The skin must be clean and dry. Dirty or oily skin will prevent electrode adhesion. Applying a few drops of water after usage will increase the longevity of the pads and let them dry naturally.

Why Can I Only Use the First 1-4 Modes?

Press the 'M' button to switch between 6 main modes and press the 'Center button' to choose within the built-in 4 modes of each main mode.

How Do I Choose Replacement Pads?

Multi-Functional TENS Massager

The TENS unit has 24 pre-programmed massage modes for pain and muscle relief. It helps reduce pain and muscle spasms caused by conditions such as arthritis, knee pain, neck pain, back pain, and sports injuries.

Intensity & Portability

Use the "+" and "-" buttons to increase or decrease the intensity of the selected mode. The 20-level intensity allows you to easily find a setting that suits your needs. The TENS EMS muscle stimulator is small enough to fit in your back pocket, so you can take it with you anywhere.

Adjustable Timer

The timer allows you to set a time of between 10-60 minutes, with the default set to 20 minutes. The timer indicator will keep you aware of the remaining time.

Rechargeable Battery

The TENS & EMS machine can be used for up to 30 hours of continuous use. It can be connected to a wall charger, power bank, or laptop USB port to charge, eliminating any worries about treatment interruption due to dead AA batteries.
