To use the electrodes, simply remove and discard the plastic film, connect either electrode to any pad, and place the pads only on normal, intact, dry, clean, and healthy skin. In between uses, keep the cord connected to the pads and place them on the pad holder with the adhesive side down onto each side of the holder. Wrap the cord around the pad holder and store it in a cool, dry place.

Before applying the electrodes, it's important to clean and dry the application area, open and remove electrodes from the packaging, peel electrodes away from the release sheet, and place them on the treatment area. When removing the electrodes, gently peel them off and wipe them with a non-alcohol wipe or rinse with cold water before storing them in a cool, dry place.

These electrodes are only compatible with Omron TENS unit models PM400, PM3030, PM3029, PM3031, PM3032, and HV_F128. Each package includes 5 pairs of Tens Unit Pads, totaling 10 pieces, individually and pre-sealed for durability and convenient storage.
