The Omron IntelliSense professional digital Blood Pressure Monitor has been clinically validated for accuracy and is specifically designed for use in clinical settings such as physician's offices, hospitals, or other point-of-care settings. With nearly 1 in 2 American adults affected by hypertension, having a reliable instrument for accurately diagnosing this condition is of utmost importance.

The Intellisense technology built into the monitor automatically determines the correct amount of pressure, resulting in a faster and more comfortable blood pressure measurement. It also offers convenience with its one-button operation, irregular pulse indicator to display the number of irregular pulse waves, a large and easy-to-read display, and automatic shutoff after 5 minutes of inactivity.

In terms of accuracy, the monitor offers three modes of operation: single mode for a one-time measurement, average mode for 2 or 3 readings followed by a calculation of the average, and auscultation mode which enables manual use of a stethoscope.

The monitor also boasts versatility, as it includes four cuffs for optimal sizing of arm circumferences, with sizes ranging from medium to extra-large, accommodating adult arms ranging from 7” to 20” in circumference. Additionally, it provides a reliable power supply, including an AC adapter or rechargeable battery pack to eliminate the need to constantly change batteries.
