Usage Method: Remove the transparent film (Each gel has 2 plastic films). Place the gel square on the pads. Make sure the gel is evenly and firmly placed without bubbles or wrinkles. Tear the transparent film with "Paste Skin" printed on it. Place the sticky gel side over the pain area (Place pads with gels on dry, clean, healthy skin).

Care Method: Store in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight. Do not clean the gels. The life of gels depends on skin/climate conditions, proper storage may extend the life of the gels up to 30 uses.

Durable: Our tens unit replacement gel pads can be reused up to 30-50 times. Recommended use for 3 sessions a day, 30-minute session maximum. Sessions should not be consecutive.
