Garmin Index™ BPM - Easy-to-Use Smart Blood Pressure Monitor

The Garmin Index™ BPM smart blood pressure monitor is a clinically validated and easy-to-use device that allows you to check in with your body regularly. It is designed for people 18 years or older and is not available in all regions. The monitor provides accurate blood pressure and heart rate readings, which can be viewed on the built-in display. Additionally, the readings can be synced to your Garmin Connect™ account using Wi-Fi® technology, allowing you to track your readings, history, and trends on the Garmin Connect app on your compatible smartphone.

You can also generate reports in the Garmin Connect app and share them with your health care provider. The comfortable cuff fits a wide range of arm sizes and comes with user-replaceable batteries that last up to 9 months. This FDA-cleared and clinically validated upper-arm blood pressure monitor delivers accurate systolic and diastolic blood pressure measurements and heart rate readings when used properly.

The compact, all-in-one device features an integrated display and can be easily carried anywhere. It also allows for the creation and viewing of 7-day, 4-week, and 1-year reports in the Garmin Connect smartphone app, which can be exported to a PDF and shared directly with your health care provider via email or in person. The adjustable cuff fits arm sizes ranging from 9–17” (22–42 cm) in circumference.

The monitor is eligible for purchase using flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts. It also allows up to 16 users to sync their own Garmin Connect accounts and view their own stats. The battery life is up to 9 months and includes 4 user-replaceable AAA batteries.
